Hannah Moell

Hannah is a guest artist for our "Floriography" exhibit. If you enjoy her work and are interested in seeing more pieces and/or a commission please reach out. She is planning to deliver some of her black line floral drawings mid-June.

Hannah Moell's paintings and drawings focus on the language of flora, layers, subtle meaning in all things, and the intuition of being led down a creative and abundant path. She works primarily with handmade mineral and natural pigments. Mineral pigment is created from rocks that are typically foraged or stumbled upon. These rocks are hand ground down to a fine powder and then combined with water and gum arabic to create watercolor.

    Hannah resides in Franklinton, NC.
